H-1B VISA DEADLINE! ACT NOW!
If you’re an employer and are trying to obtain an H-1B visa for your prospective employee, or you’re an individual trying to apply for an H-1B visa, then this is the time to ACT NOW! USCIS has posted the deadline for H-1B registration in the electronic registration system for FY2023. In order to be considered for the H1B cap-subject petition selection this year you must register between March 1, 2022 and March 18, 2022 noon (EST). After the registration period closes, USCIS will conduct a random selection process to determine who will be allowed to file an H-1B cap-subject petition this fiscal year. USCIS will notify the selected registrants via their myUSCIS account by March 31, 2022. Cap-subject selected petitions can begin filing their H-1b petitions on April 1, 2022. The petitioner may only file an H-1B cap-subject petition on behalf of the beneficiary named in the registration submitted during the H-1B registration process. Individuals cannot register in the system, only employers must submit registrations for each prospective employee they want to obtain an H-1B for. Therefore, if you are an employee, or are in conversation with a prospective employer, please inform them immediately to contact us to make sure you are registered in the system.

In order to register online, all companies will need to create a myUSCIS online account to register each potential employee they are seeking H1B status for.
