Important Eligibility Information
Not everyone’s invited to this lottery party. If you were born in a country that is listed as not eligible on the DV 2025 Green Card Lottery Instructions, sorry, but you can’t join in. But if your country of birth isn’t on that list, you’re in luck. Remember, it’s all about where you were born, not where you’re from now. 🌏📍
Double the Luck for Married Couples 💑
Here’s a tip: If you’re hitched to a non-U.S. citizen (including same-sex marriages) and you both were born in qualifying countries, BOTH of you should throw your luck at applying. When you’re filling out the application, make sure to list your spouse and all unmarried kiddos under 21, including adopted or stepchildren.
