As of January 21, 2019 USCIS has discontinued the following email addresses used to check immigration status:
- California Service Center: csc-ncsc-followup@uscis.dhs.gov
- Vermont Service Center: ncscfollowup@uscis.dhs.gov
- Nebraska Service Center: NCSC@uscis.dhs.gov
- Potomac Service Center: ncscfollowup@uscis.dhs.gov
- Texas Service Center: ncscfollowup@uscis.dhs.gov
From now on try using the following contact sources instead:
1.To check status of your case go to – https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do
2. Need case assistance submit a online request at https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do
3. Need additional assistance because you have not received a response to your service request within 30 days or you believe the response you received to your service request was incorrect contact USCIS Contact Center at 800-375-5283
