CAN’T LEAVE BEFORE 90 DAY ESTA DEADLINE?
If you are here in the United States on VWP/ESTA and cannot leave before you are required to (usually 90 days), you may be able to apply for Satisfactory Departure Status at one of theΒ deferred inspection offices across the US. Each office has different requirements and procedures. If you qualify they will usually grant you an additional 30 days. If you need assistance with this we are glad to help.
