The Department of State announced that consular visa services have been suspended in Ukraine. Immigrant visas from Ukraine will now be processed in the Consulate General Frankfurt, which includes DV lottery and K-1 visas. Cases that have yet to be scheduled for interview will be automatically assigned to the Consulate in Frankfurt and Ukrainian applicants do not need a Schengen visa to enter Germany. If an applicant who already has a scheduled interview wants to transfer their case to another US consulate, they must request a case transfer first from the other consulate and abide by their guidelines.
