Due to the pandemic and processing delays, USCIS will be temporarily waiving the rule on the medical exams that require civil surgeons to sign the I-693 form no more than 60 days before filing an immigrant petition. This 60 day rule will be waived temporarily from December 9, 2021 to September 30, 2022.
