DHS announced that Ukraine will now be eligible for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for 18 months beginning March 1, 2022. Ukrainian nationals who have been residing in the United States since March 1, 2022 will be eligible to receive TPS. Individuals attempting to travel to the US after March 1 will not be eligible to apply for TPS. All TPS applicants must meet all eligibility requirements and undergo necessary background checks.
